Day 354 of Project 2015

Another stinking hot day but the cool breeze that comes through of an evening is so refreshing.

Last few days with plans, no plans, and changed plans…has been very confusing for us. So we are glad that we will roll with the punches from next year. Nothing locked in until it needs to be. The spontaneity of doing something NOW is rather invigorating.

And what is super about this Sunday is knowing there is no work tomorrow! YAY!!!

Discovering the streets of our suburb as we did a letterbox drop for the neighbourhood.

Brighter/Different Perspective?

“Start each day with the thought that something wonderful is going to happen.”

Day 352 of Project 2015

It was David’s last day for the year!! YAY!!! Holiday time!!!

We get to spend the next 6 or so weeks together. And we have little planned. Partially because Le kinda is back at work by January 11 but the joys of not having to explain to someone why you won’t be in or that you will work from home because you are your own boss…. sweeeeeet!

Playing a Pictionary with the white board while babysitting.

Brighter/Different Perspective?

When playing any type of game if your attitude is that of fun then you will always have a winning spirit.

Day 333 of Project 2015

We had a BBQ today with the family for one of the munchkins 1st Birthday. His birthday kind of goes on for a whole week almost… with celebrating every which way for him.

Plenty of food with a spit roast, salads, spring rolls and fried wonton. Leftovers for the rest of the week maybe??

Afterwards we did a brief grocery shop for the week ahead. Summer is the BEST with all the summer fruits – so colourful and so plentiful.

Summary for November 29

Due to the nature of the BBQ lunch, we ended up having only a fruit salad for dinner.

Brighter/Different Perspective?

And so we almost say farewell to November. One more month left of the year….

Day 310 of Project 2015

The weather has been so temperamental. One minute sunny, next minute stormy, next minute cloudy, next minute blue sky….

Who knows what the weekend will be like?

So thrilled to have it be the weekend again. Le went out tonight with one of her good friends while David watched “Redesign By Brain” Season 2. He finished the series by the time she got home.

The brain is like a muscle… that it can change and be trained. So fascinating what fears we can overcome and the power of the mind.

Summary for November 6

David watched an entire series in one sitting

Brighter/Different Perspective?

We don’t have to accept everything for what they are…. we can change it if we want to. Especially when it comes to what we are capable of.
