How are you going with the 21 days? It can be easy to lapse even when overall you feel you are pretty positive but I think you two have a pretty good grasp on it! ๐

Yes – we think those TED talks are always done at 100 kph because they have time limits. But we love those talks.
And how are we going? We are managing pretty well but we are finding out “up” moods are outweighing the “down” days ๐
