Day 109 of Project 2015

Here we are at the end of another weekend. One that actually MEANS something now that it is a weekend for us both.

We had a kiddie birthday party to start the morning and then we went to watch a show: Monkey – Journey to the West. It was a stage performance of the 70s cult TV series Monkey Magic. It was different to say the least.

To finish off the night, we found an all you can eat Japanese restaurant and indulged ourselves… stuffed ourselves silly with delicious food.

Newbies

We booked the show tonight on a whim a few weeks ago. It came through one of those email newsletters and we thought “What the heck?” – booked the tickets and pretty much forgot that we were going to the show.

Brighter/Different Perspective?

We were running late for the show and ended up parking at the Opera House. And the parking cost was exorbitant but we copped it on the chin and didn’t let it affect how we felt. At the end of the day, it’s just money and we can’t let that spoil our weekend.
