It was a rather “weird” day.
It started with Le waking up from a really bizarre dream; there were alternative worlds, executions, dopplegangers…. bizarre, all right!
After dropping off David at work, Le had to pay our car dealership a visit to change a headlight which was meant to take only half an hour, took almost 2 hours. Luckily, the waiting area is serviced with comfortable seating and a full kitchen including pastry/sweet counter, teas and coffee. Le got some reading in 🙂
Next stop was the Apple Store to try and fix Le’s iPhone battery and during the repair, the phone broke somehow so she got a replacement phone.
Summary of March 19
We went out for a white chocolate fondue for dessert. It was overindulgent and sweet.
When the Apple technician told Le that her old phone was dead and she was getting a replacement, it meant she lost all her data unless she did a recent back up. She hadn’t but her reaction was “Oh well!” She didn’t care one bit, shrugged to the guy and said as much. Better things to be concerned about rather than losing some data.
